Thanks to everyone who joined the Booster for Special Programs during our annual membership drive. Membership is our biggest source of funds to supply grants to staff and host events for our families, so we are grateful to all who donated. We are also pleased to announce the campuses who had the most members join during the drive: Johnson Elementary and Eubanks Intermediate. We were able to award each a $100 donation for the Special Programs staff to spend as they wish for the benefit of our students. Didn't have a chance to join? It's not too late! You can join anytime to help support the 1 in 4 CISD students who are served by Special Programs and the staff who helps them succeed. If your student has a 504 or IEP or attends preschool, Little Dragons or Dragons U, then your family directly benefits from these worthy programs.
