College & Career Readiness for Youth with Disabilities Wednesday, December 7, 2022 | 12:15 p.m. CT This webinar will introduce and describe a framework for identifying college and career readiness for students with disabilities (Lombardi et al., 2022). This session will emphasize examples of evidence‐based practices within classrooms, schools and communities to support postschool outcomes associated with: employment, postsecondary education, and community participation/independent living. The CCR framework targets transition supports that occur through access to general education settings and strategies to implement inclusive supports.
